Stephen Sergay, M.D.
Dr. Sergay was born in South Africa and received his training at the University of Witwatersrand Medical School in Johannesburg where he also served his intership. He completed his Neurology residency training at the Harvard Longwood Program in Boston and subsequently served as a neurologist at the Lahey Clinic Foundation in Boston and was an instructor in neurology at Harvard Medical School before moving to Tampa in 1980. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He was Medical Director of the Neurodiagnostic Laboratory at Tampa General Hospital from 1984 to 1988. He has been President of the American Academy of Neurology (2007-2009) and currently is a Trustee on the Board of The American Academy of Neurology Foundation. He has previously served the Academy in several positions, including Chair of Strategic Planning and as Director of the American Academy of Neurology Enterprises, Inc., and has been the recipient of the American Academy of Neurology Presidential Award of Recognition. He has chaired the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialities. He has served the World Federation of Neurology as the U.S. Delegate, and has been the WFN Regional Director for North America and currently chairs its Education Committee and is a Trustee on its Board of Directors. Dr. Sergay is married and has three daughters.

Susan Steen was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She grew up in Tampa, Florida. She graduated from Florida State University, Magna cum Laude with degrees in Biology and Chemistry. She graduated from medical school at the University of Florida in 1978. She Completed 2 years of Internal Medicine Residency at the University of South Florida Associated Hospitals and completed her Neurology Residency at the University of Florida at Shands Teaching Hospital. Dr. Steen is a Partner with Tampa Neurology Associates, having joined the practice in 1983, and serves as President of Axiom Clinical Research of Florida. Dr. Steen is board-certified in Psychiatry and Neurology. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association, Hillsborough County Medical Association, the American Academy of Neurology and is on the medical staff a St. Joseph's Hospital, St. Joseph's Women's Hospital, Tampa General Hospital, and Memorial Hospital. She serves as Medical Advisor for Aston Gardens and Arden Court. [ back to top ]
Mark Cascione, M.D.
Dr. Cascione was born in Lakewood, NJ. He graduated from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. After two years of clinical research at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, he received his medical degree at the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 1991. He completed his internal medicine internship at Maine Medical center in Portland and his neurology residency and clinical neurophysiology fellowship at Duke University Medical center. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, as well as a member of the National MS Society Clinical Advisory Committee, and is also the Medical Director of the South Tampa Multiple Sclerosis center.

Robert Wilson, D.O.
Dr. Wilson was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994. He completed his neurology residency at Pennsylvania Hospital/University of Pennsylvania Health System in 1999 where he was involved in clinical trials for stroke, Parkinson's disease, and neurological complications of cancer. In 2000, he completed a clinical Neuro-Oncology Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia after which he continued as an attending neurologist During the last year Dr. Wilson has worked as a neurologist in the Tampa Bay area and has continued to develop his interest in headache care.

Sunil S. Reddy, M.D.
Dr. Reddy received his Doctorate of Medicine degree from Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, AP, India in 1996. He completed his internship and Neurology residency at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2004 and his Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at Allegheny in 2005. Dr. Reddy is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and of the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Dr. Reddy joined the staff of Tampa Neurology Associates and Axiom Clinical Research of Florida in June, 2006. He is on staff at Memorial Hospital of Tampa, St. Joseph's, and St. Joseph's Women's Hospital.
